7pm Workshop | Moises Sanabria: The Art of AI Agents (Artist Task Automation)
9pm Performance | SUMO
Ever wish you had a digital assistant to handle tedious administrative tasks? Or wanted to understand what actually makes a complex, tech-heavy live performance happen?
#TheArtOfAIAgents convenes artists, technologists, and curious minds for a hands-on workshop exploring how to build AI task agents using drag-and-drop tools. Led by Moises Sanabria, participants will create generative agents that can perform simple tasks — and later watch them speak, sing, and fight in a chaotic Synthetic Symposium remixed live using sound and audience feedback. Artists of all skill levels are encouraged to #BYOL (Bring Your Own Laptop) and follow along.
The evening concludes with a performance by Miami trio SUMO, who bring their heavy, “infinitely literary and cinematic” sound to The DiLL. The set opens with an interactive rig rundown on how technology shapes their process, followed by a thunderous mix of space rock, post-punk, and ambient soundscapes paired with visuals. Soft foam earplugs will be provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
This event is free and open to the public, and presented as part of the @knightfdn Digital Innovation Initiative at Locust Projects. Complimentary refreshments are available for guests aged 21 and older courtesy of our 2025–26 sponsors The Tank Brewing Co. and Topo Chico. #artandtechnology #thedill #locustprojects #AIart #miamiarts
