Locust Projects’ Annual Benefit Dinner on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at the Rubell Museum East Wing promises to be an unforgettable Miami moment for 100 distinguished guests.
Titled Infinity, the event is an art and culinary experience honoring The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation—their unwavering commitment and visionary contributions to growing and supporting Miami’s art community—and specifically, the creation of cutting edge art at Locust Projects. The unforgettable evening celebrates internationally-renowned food and art pioneer Antoni Miralda, his more than 60 years of experimental food and art experiences across the globe, and longstanding ties to Miami.
