“Tianguis” are open air/street Mexican flea markets known for their rich culture of marionette making, which were a major source of inspiration for The Elephant Never Forgets. Local Miami makers, artists, and vendors gather to celebrate the closing of The Elephant Never Forgets and Niñalandia by LIZN’BOW. PLUS - an artist talk with all 4 current exhibiting artists will take place at 4pm!
On Nov 21, 2024 we hope you'll consider a gift to Locust Projects to celebrate Give Miami Day!

On Saturday, November 23rd Locust Projects will host its Annual Benefit Dinner. Titled, The Ripple Effect, the evening will celebrate the positive “ripples” of impact our Honorees Sheldon & Florence Anderson & Diane and Werner Grob, have had, both Locust and on Miami as generous supporters of the arts and civic leaders inspiring so many in our community. Co-chairing the event are Ximena Caminos, Marianne and John Devine, board chair; Debra Scholl, past board chair; and Dennis Scholl, founding chair.
We hope you will join the celebration by becoming a donor to the Annual Benefit Dinner.
